Brand image and user experience
The user interface has been redesigned based on customer feedback to make Clinked even more intuitive. Clinked users have also indicated that one of the most important aspects of Clinked is the ability to take ownership of the platform. Therefore, in version 2, enhanced white labeling features have been added to give businesses more control over how their brand and business is perceived.
In version 2, users will notice the increase in page loading speed, which is now 250% faster. Faster rendering will not only help businesses and their customers view documents and functionality faster, but will also enable seamless transition between pages, improving the efficiency and usability of the platform.
Logging in securely to Clinked is even easier in version 2. All members now have the ability to log in with Google, LinkedIn, and Apple ID. In addition to SMS and app authenticators, email authentication has been introduced – providing greater flexibility with two-factor authentication.
With version 2, a newly designed and significantly improved universal search has been added to all packages. Now, performing a universal full-text search will provide access to all user content across multiple file types and locations. In addition, by defining search filters and content types, it is possible to further refine the search for even more precise results.
