GasanMamo Insurance launches its customer portal
Leading insurance company GasanMamo Insurance recently announced the launch of its Customer Portal which allows customers to pay and renew their insurance policies, completely online. This portal is part of GasanMamo’s digitization strategy and is the next step in GasanMamo’s digitization journey, which has steadily progressed in recent years.
This portal brings together all of the company’s current customer services such as obtaining a quote, purchasing, renewing, opening a claim, but now also includes several additional features. Through this portal, customers will be able to log into a secure environment to find a personalized dashboard that allows quick access to view all current policies, review personal details, and retrieve any insurance details they might need. Once a customer is registered and logged in, it will also be easier and faster to purchase or renew an insurance product.
As part of this digital approach, the insurance company’s website has also been updated with redesigned design elements in line with the brand, facilitating navigation on the site and improving the ‘client experience. The new website and portal have also been optimized for mobile, which simplifies access on mobiles and tablets.
