Rocket Pro TPO Announces Four Initiatives To Improve Mortgage Broker Business
Rocket Pro TPO, a division of Rocket Mortgage of Detroit that works with independent mortgage brokers, announced four innovations to help brokers grow, strengthen and protect their businesses.
The initiatives involve technology, a network of industry contacts, marketing and an upgrade to the Rocket Connect tool.
“The mortgage market is huge, the pie is almost endless and it is our responsibility to help the brokers who work with us get a bigger share of it,” said Austin Niemiec, executive vice president of Rocket Pro TPO. “Today’s announcement is about breaking down barriers and building bridges, helping brokers take advantage of the tools, resources and knowledge that Rocket Mortgage has built as the nation’s largest mortgage lender.
Rocket Pro TPO offers brokerage clients the use of a new Rocket Pro TPO client portal to electronically upload and sign their mortgage documents. Brokers will also be able to choose how the portal will be branded. They can have their standalone brand or co-brand it with Rocket, showing that they are aligned with the cutting edge technology in the industry. The new technology was designed to save brokers time and help them grow their businesses.
Additionally, Rocket Pro TPO will help its partners connect with more real estate professionals and leverage these relationships to grow their businesses.
One of the ways brokers can meet more agents is through Rocket Homes, a technology-driven real estate service provider. The company has a home search site in 50 states and a nationwide network of nearly 25,000 verified partner agents. Many home buyers who visit the Rocket Homes site do not work with a mortgage company. Starting this week, however, when Rocket Homes connects home buyers with one of its partner agents, the company will also introduce selected buyers to one of Rocket Pro TPO’s Pinnacle partners.
Additionally, Rocket Pro TPO connects brokers and real estate agents through Pro Mixers, networking events where brokers can benefit from the agent relationships that Rocket has forged over the past 36 years. The first Pro Mixer will take place in November, with 200 Realtors and Rocket Pro TPO partners meeting in San Francisco. The company will share details of other Pro Mixer events across the country in the coming months.
Rocket Pro TPO is also launching a fully rebuilt Marketing Hub, delivering marketing materials directly to the Broker Portal. The new Marketing Hub has been redesigned to be more intuitive, searchable and easier to use. It also offers more personalization than ever before, giving brokers the flexibility to change the font, color, and images on marketing materials to suit their brand.
Brokers can also create marketing materials using their own brand or co-branded with Rocket or their real estate partners. More importantly, according to the company, there is a new learning center that gives brokers advice and training so they can use their marketing dollars to drive more business.
Rocket Pro TPO also adds two improvements to its Rocket Connect tool. The company has committed to a two-hour response window for all Rocket Connect inquiries and now gives brokers the ability to immediately escalate to operations managers. New additions to Rocket Connect are now available on the Rocket Pro TPO broker portal.
